Strictly adhere to GB5725-2009 standards for incoming safety nets. New safety nets must have a certificate of conformity, be free of broken ropes, and have the net body, edge ropes, and tie ropes intact.
Damaged safety nets and those used for more than one year should be promptly removed from the site to ensure the safety nets remain intact and meet quality requirements for strength.
Tie ropes must be securely tied, with a spacing not exceeding 0.75 meters.
The net should be laid flat, with the outer edge higher than the inner edge, and the edges sloping upwards. The net should not be stretched too taut.
For large-area safety net installations, reinforcing ropes should be installed underneath the net.
A thorough inspection should be conducted after the safety net installation is completed.
Spark barriers should be used when working above the safety net to prevent sparks from falling onto it. Remove debris from the net promptly.
Safety nets should be stored away from fire sources and highly corrosive substances.
