1.Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
A:We are Shaoxing Yongte Plastics Co., Ltd. (YONGTE), a direct manufacturer and exporter with 20+ years of experience in the plastic fence industry. Our factory in Shaoxing, Zhejiang covers 4,600 m² with 12 production lines. We export to 50+ countries including the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Southeast Asian countries.
2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, China - about 2 hours by high-speed train from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us. We can arrange airport pickup at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (1 hour drive) or Shanghai Pudong Airport (3 hours drive).
3.Q:What categories can plastic fence be divided into?
A:•Orange plastic safety fence (mainly used in construction, traffic, snow areas, and sports events)
•Square mesh garden fence (mainly used for protecting plants in gardens)
•Hexagonal mesh poultry net (mainly used for feeding small animals)
•Diamond mesh ( mainly used in gardens and snow areas)
•Underground warning mesh (mainly used for protecting pipes and electrical wires from excavators in construction)
4.Q:Do our products have certificates?
A: Yes. Our plastic safety fences are CE certified (certificate no. SC-PSC-4-2025-09-28). Raw material compliance with REACH(TÜV Rheinland Report 304165767a 001)standards is also available upon request. Full certificate copies and testing reports are available upon request.
5.Q:What are the raw materials and minimum order quantities for your products?
A: The raw material of our products is HDPE. If there is stock, the minimum order quantity is 1 roll. For standard products, it is 50-100 rolls, and for customized products, it is approximately 500 rolls.
6.Q:When will the goods be shipped after placing an order?
A:•In-stock items: within 3 days
•Standard production: 15-20 days
•Customized products: approx. 35 days
7.Q:How can I get some samples?
A:We are honored to offer free samples for our standard specifications - customers only need to cover the shipping cost. For custom-designed specifications, samples can be prepared within 5-7 days with a small tooling fee, which is refundable upon bulk order placement.
8.Q:Can you customize fence dimensions, colors, or packaging?
A:•Dimensions: custom roll length, width, and mesh opening size
•Colors: standard orange; custom colors available (green, blue, yellow, red) with MOQ 500 rolls
•Packaging: standard shrink film with label; custom retail packaging or private label available with MOQ 500 rolls
